  I went in to this store for a price to trade in 2 gold rings. Was told they were not worth much and given a first offer of £65 for both. Then the lady said she could give me £95 for both. Amazing how the offer went up. However I have had these rings valued and they are 18th century 9ct gold rings, one valued at £350, the other at £500. I want people to be aware that this is not acceptable. Obviously this lady has not been trained in estimating value of jewlery.
